		<description>I think the government will be careful how they word the outcome of the stress tests. They know how markets react if anything hugely negative is stated, so the wording will be carefully analyzed ahead of time.</description>

Nobody knows anything about banking futures.  It&#039;s all perception at this point.  A rising stock market cures many ills.  A falling market causes many ills.

Why are you writing about Care Bears?  Note in your posting-- about banks care bears.  What was that psychological slip pointing to?  Are your bearish on banks?

If a new bull market was indeed born on March 6, all cautious economic projections will be wildly-understating.  If not, you may well be right.  Who can say?
