I am not confident in her abilities, therefore, I am not confident in the abilities of Homeland Security. Also, if the oil spills threaten our country's resources, habitat, and our environment, than that DOES fall under our security therefore, Homeland Security should be accountable. That doesnt mean that Homeland Security shouldnt leverage any and all available resources, such as the EPA, Navy, Coast Guard, etc to accomplish it's goals.
