Referring back to my post on Detroit, GM, and the Final Four:
With the NCAA basketball tournament now complete following North Carolina’s romp over Michigan State, I can’t help but wonder whether the federal government will intervene and have Michigan State declared the winner in order to prolong the feel good atmosphere in the hard hit Detroit area.

Using the LK model, would provide for the following “adjustments:”
1. Detroit would house the next Olympics.
2. The hot resorts, Beaches, Sandals, etc. would build new havens in Flint.
3. The Hollywood sign would be relocated to sit above the vacated GM, Ford, and Chrysler plants.
4. Michigan would become a permanent member of the G8.
Smile, LK. AS David Bryne said so eloquently, we are simply “Watching the days go by.”
